Samir Ghia is the managing partner and founding member of Ghia Law, where he oversees all aspects of the firm. Samir’s legal practice is focused on representing individuals injured by dangerous drugs, defective medical devices, unsafe products, or in other personal injury matters, as well as representation of individuals and entities involving business law issues.
Prior to founding Ghia Law, Samir practiced at the largest law firm in the country, where he focused on representing owners and developers in real estate development projects, in both transactional and litigation capacities. Furthermore, Samir has experience representing individuals, public municipalities, and multinational corporations in matters involving negligence, product liability, and contractual disputes. Throughout his training and career Samir has worked at civil litigation firms in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York City.
Samir earned his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Stetson University’s College of Law and School of Business Administration, respectively, and his B.A. from Columbia University. Since 2013, Samir has served on the adjunct faculty as a professor of law for Florida International University College of Law, where he has led courses involving intellectual property and business law.
